Because everything we do is impact-driven.

Our commitment to a mindful enterprise with pro-operative values is reflected not only in the creation of

Our Crown Impact (OCI) Fund but also in our internal policies. We prioritize opportunities for advancement and ownership for all our employees, recognizing that a thriving organization is built on the collective growth and success of its members.

Our focus on addressing root causes of inequity through the OCI Fund aligns with our broader mission to contribute positively to societal change. We recognize the impact of systemic racial and gender bias and are dedicated to playing a role in dismantling these barriers.

The OCI Fund's goal of granting financial support to women in business is a concrete step towards empowerment. We understand that financial resources are crucial, but we go beyond by providing a network of business professionals. This mentorship and guidance ensure that the recipients of the grants have access to expertise that can help them navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship.

We appreciate the support of the community in building the OCI Fund. It exemplifies the collective effort needed to create meaningful change. By reinvesting a percentage of Club Kindness profits, we demonstrate a commitment to social responsibility and sustainability.

As we look towards the future, our ambitious goal of granting $5,000 to five women in business by the end of 2024 underscores our dedication to making a substantial impact. We believe that these grants, coupled with mentorship and support, will contribute not only to the success of individual businesses but also to the larger goal of fostering equality and inclusivity in the business world.

Every contribution, no matter the size, plays a crucial role in achieving this vision, and we invite the community to join us on this journey of positive transformation.
